  • In pairs, read your poem aloud and share Task One (if you can’t talk about your poem, you can’t write about your poem) Partners should not have the same poem – leads to plagiarism through shared ideas
  • Review the essay form: The Introduction
  • Annotate the exemplar: The Introduction
  • Complete outline for Introduction – write Introduction in full paragraph

Thursday: 

  • Review the essay form: The Body Paragraphs
  • Annotate the exemplar: Body Paragraph
  • Outline for body paragraphs

Friday:

  • Review the essay form: The Conclusion
  • Annotate exemplar: The Conclusion
  • Complete outline

Week-End

  • Type working / rough drafts from outline

Peer Edit next Tuesday or Wednesday (I will ask the class) – essay is due on Friday, March 8
